In the last 10 years, Stefano Gustincich successfully applied for many different calls for research proposal in the scientific areas of functional genomics and molecular pathophysiology of the brain, for a total amount of about 4 million EUR. Within FP7-HEALTH-2007-B, he coordinated DOPAMINET, a large international multicenter consortium focused on the study of the molecular networks acting in dopaminergic neurons of Chordates.
